Case: Sterling Silver Hallmarked Birmingham 1891. Marked inside with initials JW for Joseph Willmore. Case in good original unclean condition with fine coin edging. Three hinged type case with engine turned case back with central vacant cartouche. Large bow ring and hallmarked pendant present with button press for opening case back. Dent at 11 o'clock and tiny watch makers repair marks on inside of case back. Serial Number 152293 present inside of back case and on movement and even on dust cover. Case has pierced double bottom for access to winding stem. No 2 key not supplied.
Dial : Large unsigned white enamel dial unblemished with no cracks or hairlines with bold Roman numerals and minute markers on outside chapter ring. Gold whip and spade central hands with winding square for setting hands with key. Subsidiary seconds dial present at 6 o'clock with working sweep hand. Thick bevelled crystal glass present unblemished in very good condition with no cracks, splits or scratches but is held in very loosely.
Movement : Lever escapement unsigned movement with serial number only engraved. Highly decorative balance cock with a ruby endstone. Movement is finished off well with blued steel screws and has a protective dust cover.
THE MOVEMENT WINDS SMOOTHLY AND RUNS VERY WELL WITH A GOOD STRONG TICK.
